Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of a variety of animals, and I’ve never met an animal I didn’t love! I’m very active and clean so you’ll never have to worry about the condition of your pets or place. I love animals, and they love me back! I have a fenced yard and a ring doorbell; I am experienced in administering medication, taking care of elderly animals, and taking care of animals with a variety of different needs. It’s important to treat each pet as if it were my own, and while they stay with me, I feel like they are!

Brooke took excellent care of my pup!
Brooke and her partner were absolutely fantastic! They quickly bonded with both of our dogs, even our pup who is a bit hesitant at first to new people. They were in constant communication and gave daily picture updates of our dogs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their dogs and take good care of their home.
Scruffy had a lovely time with Brooke! Communication was great too. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Brooke and her partner took such great care of Mango. I was running late on my road trip but they were so kind and understanding. I really appreciated them! Mango was super happy. Highly recommend!

Each pet in my care is treated as an extenuation of myself; I would never do anything with an animal that I have not previously okayed with the owner or something that would endanger the animal. I love to go on walks, but I am super observant and your animal will never be out of my sight or away from my side!

It’s important to know how the animal functions (special needs, senior care, health needs, etc.) it’s likes/dislikes, feeding behaviors, and what the animal prefers to do on a daily basis.
A typical day
I am extremely active and love to go on walks, as well as play fetch and tug of war. With cats, I enjoy playing with laser pointers, scratching posts, and strings. I love to sit in the park and enjoy the sun, but I’m also comfortable relaxing and paying ample attention to the animal.

Availability
I’m a full-time graduate student and TA, but that means I have flexible hours! I’m in the middle of conducting my thesis, so I’m practically always home which means I can give your animal the love and care they need 24/7! The animal is always my top priority and other things can be arranged around their care; I treat this like a full-time job because to me, it is - the benefit is I get to be with your lovely pet!
