Our experience with Rover for the first time was beyond delightful. Ace displayed exceptional care for our beloved pups, Marco and Marlei. They returned home not only happy and healthy but seemingly reluctant to leave Ace's care. I was particularly concerned about Marco, our shorkie, as he tends to be wary of new people. However, Ace's patience and warmth during the meet and greet immediately alleviated my worries. It was heartwarming to witness her bond with Marco, allowing him to feel comfortable in her presence. As for Marlei, her sweet hearted nature made me confident she would adapt well. Throughout our trip, we eagerly anticipated the amusing updates, one of which included Marco watching tv which is a rare occurrence. In summary, if you're seeking a trustworthy caregiver in the Decatur area for your fur babies, look no further than Ace. Additionally, her family's kindness was a welcomed bonus that our dogs adored. We will be using Ace again and again.

Ace was so great with my cat. They sent pictures everyday and communicated consistently. My sweet boy was well taken care of by Ace and their family. I highly recommend and would boom with them again in the future!
