• Lead Trainer and Client Services Representative for the Dermatology, Oncology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Urgent Care, and Emergency Departments - South Carolina Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Care - July 2020 to Present SCVSEC is a fear-free facility. I have learned so much about caring for cats and dogs with special medical needs and also how to care for pets and their families in times of crisis over the past three years. • Cat-sitting, dog-sitting, and house-sitting experience. Once I was asked to go to London for three weeks (December 2019-January 2020) to house-sit and dog-sit for a family while they visited the US for the winter holidays. •14 years of customer service experience. • I am very familiar with caring for cats. Growing up, we always had 4 to 6 cats at any given time. As soon as I was able to, I adopted a cat of my own and we have been together for 7 years. I am also very good with dogs and have had two dogs of my own. Raz joined our family 6 years ago and Gobs has been with us for almost 3 years.

My family and I were taking a vacation without our fur babies. This was the 1st time we were leaving them with someone other than family. To say I was apprehensive is an understatement. I began looking at boarding places, privately owned and commercially owned. Not one of them gave me any ease. I finally realized what was missing in those places. They were missing the one on one attention and love they are used to and deserve. Also the comfort of their own surroundings. Brittney was the 3rd profile I looked at and the 1st I reached out to instantly. Every thing on her profile page put me at ease right away. Brittney replied in no time. We set up a meet and greet. The moment she walked in I knew she was the right person to care for our babies. She was fantastic with our dogs ( My boxer and my ShihTzu and my mother’s 9 month old dachshund). All 3 of them barked and barked and Brittney was very calm and warmed over my shihtuz and my boxer followed quickly. She warmed over my mom’s dachshund by the 2nd day she was here. Brittney is absolutely the best person to care for your fur babies. She communicates very quickly before care starts, And that dose NOT stop once care begins. While we were gone Brittney sent countless priceless pictures of our wild group, updates daily. Day by day I could see our dogs were happy and back to themselves. I truly loved seeing our dogs and Brittney settle in together. I can not begin to express my appreciation for Brittney. The care she gave our dogs is absolutely unmatched. She slept in bed with all 3 dogs as to not upset their nightly routine ( and they have zero concept of personal space, which leads to not the most comfortable nights sleep-for you ). I came home to my house the way I left it. Clean sheets on my bed. Brittney left us BEAUTIFUL marigolds, fresh picked delicious strawberries and a wonder note. I can not say enough good things about Brittney. Brittney is 100 out of 100 stars!!! Thank you Brittney !! Will most definitely ask Brittney to care for our dogs in the future.
Brittney did such a wonderful job with our picky pup. She was in constant contact while we were gone and ended our worry about leaving him at home for a week. I couldn't reccomend her enough.

Availability
I am a full-time nursing student but am available most days since I only have on-campus classes and clinicals 2 to 3 days a weeks. I will have evening/night availability the days I have classes/clinicals (for now this is Thursday and Friday). For all other days of the week I will have open availability until we receive our new clinical rotation schedule in the Spring.
