Pet care experience
I am a local reiki master, minister, and alternative therapist. My background with animals is life long. I grew up on a tree farm where we had a wolf hybrid, a chin, and a german shepard/ st Bernard mix. My grandmother raised poodles, and cockerspaniels. I also had a horse, cats, a snake, a bunny, and birds as my own pets throughout my life. I am specially trained in reiki for animals as well. This makes me rather comfortable with high anxiety animals. I am okay with larger breed dogs and pit bulls as long as there is established training. I require a meet and greet with every new dog at least one time to ensure the safety and comfort of myself and our fur friend. Im comfortable with puppies and elderly dogs and rescues. If medication must be administered I would require to be shown in person first before dog is left in my care. I started dog sitting through rover in 2017 with only good reviews, I absolutely love doing this. My availability for pet sitting during day/night is only within the clients home.

She was the sweetest I could tell she was gonna take good care of him ! Immediate response and super friendly she offered to take pictures of him and send to me , she played with him all day I could tell because he came home tired ! Which was good for me ! Husky puppy’s are hard to get to bed 10/10 recommend

I take care of all pets within the clients home. I find this is better for the pet because they cant communicate with words when they are concerned or uncomfortable. It is better to keep them in their safe and happy environment and then to introduce me as a safe person in that environment. We will adhere to the dogs regular feeding/ walking/ play/ sleep/ treat schedules and any medical treatment that is potentially required.

Attitude of the dog, any handling or training rules, is the dog outdoor or paper trained, dogs schedule, commands, and amount of walks/out door time. Generally give me a walk through of what a day with your pup should be like including feeding times and favorite activities.
A typical day
Since each animal has a different routine we will be going by what is deemed best for that dog. We may go on long/short walks, play outside/inside/at the park, we will have our meals on time, and be sure to go potty in the appropriate places. If dog is stressed out we can do reiki, have some wind down relaxing time and cuddles, go for a walk to release some energy, play with their favorite toys. We will take photos and send them if you would like updates.

Availability
I work for myself which means I can make my own schedule. I can sit in home with your pet for the entire 24 hour period if that is a requirement. If not and in walking distance to my office, I may leave for an hour to take one of my clients and then head right back. I usually bring my work computer and some supplies with me so I can work from the house.
