I’ve been dog walking and dog sitting since I was 13 years old. It was my first job and by far my favorite. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes, from dog walking to dog sitting for 1-31 days. I’ve watched dogs with various health issues and reactivity as well. Neighbors and friends have trusted me with their pets for years and know I will always come through, even if they need me last minute. I treat every dog as if it was my own. I only take one client at a time to ensure their pets get the best care they can and all of my attention.

I live in an apartment that has a long hallway perfect for chasing toys and am across the street from a park. I have lots of experience dog-sitting at my apartment or the owner’s and am happy to do whatever you are most comfortable with. I have 4 dog beds in my apartment for your pup to enjoy and they’re also welcome on the couch and bed if you’re okay with that. When my calendar is blocked off that is most likely because I am fostering, I genuinely love getting to spend time with dogs and the money I make from dog sitting helps me afford being able to foster.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs. It would be helpful to know if your dog barks a lot as I live in an apartment and want to be respectful of my neighbors, if your dog is fine alone for short periods and if so do you let them free roam or crate them, and how often you take them on walks. The most important thing to me is making your pet comfortable so I try to keep their routine as similar to what they are used to as I can. ** I am allergic to cats so I cannot house sit if you have a cat**
A typical day
Where I live is unique because if you go one way you’re in the city and the other you’re in a nice quiet neighborhood. There’s lots of great smells all around and I love getting to explore the area with a dog by my side. When the weather is nice I enjoy going on hikes in the area and if your dog is up for it would love to have them join me.

Availability
I work remote in finance and have off Fridays and the weekends so I have plenty of time to take care of and walk your dog. I love being able to take dogs on long walks and play with them all day and it is great having their company when I am working. My schedule is really flexible so I am able to adapt it to whatever your dog needs.
