Hi! My name is Brittany and I love dogs! I started my own business, puppylove dog-walking to provide quality dependable service like the big agencies, but at a reasonable price and with the personal touch of your neighborhood dog-walker. However I love working through Rover and meeting new pups. I pride myself in going the extra mile for my clients, so feel free to ask for any special requests. We're now proudly serving the following neighborhoods...Center City, West Philly, Rittenhouse, University City, South Philly, Society Hill, Northern Liberties, Fishtown etc. If we missed your neighborhood just ask! We can probably help you :) I am happy to watch your pup in my home or yours. About this sitter: I grew up with dogs but i officially started my dogwalking/pet sitting business in 2013. I have over 100 clients who entrust me with their dogs. I'm happy to provide referrals. This is my full time job not just a way to make extra cash. I'm truly passionate about making dogs happy. There is nothing like the unconditional love of a dog. Why I love dog sitting I grew up with dogs. We had Rocky the rottie, Axel the English Mastiff, and Fang the Lab Mix and currently share a Rhodesian Ridgeback with my boyfriend. I started pet sitting and dogwalking in 2013 and really got into it. I love learning about different dogs and their quirks. I especially enjoy training them. About my yard I dont have a backyard but live very close to several parks and a dogpark. My experience administering medication Sure that's no problem. i've done that many times in the past.

Brittany was amazing! My dog sitter cancelled last minute before my 10 day vacation (over a holiday too!) and I was in a panic. She responded to my request within the hour, set up a meet and greet, and kept me updated on how my baby girl, Brooke, was doing. I was able to have a stress-free vacation thanks to Brittany and came back to a very happy fur-baby. I'll definitely be using Brittany in the future!

Britt did a great job! This was a long homestay -30 days - for everyone, for us away from our doggie, for our dog away from us (but at home), and for Brittany away from her home. All came through with flying colors! Britt went the extra mile for sure. We would recommend Brittany to anyone, especially if you have a Rhodesian Ridgeback or other large breed.
Brittany was Amazing. Great to work with. We have a 1.5 year old Bulldog who requires a lot of attention. She gave him all the love and attention he needed and then some. She kept him as close as possible to his regular routine. He had plenty of excerise. We went on a ten day vacation and our puppy was well cared for. She made it so easy and stress free. We would absolutely use Brittany again.

I love all types of dogs from cuddly labs to spunky frenchies all the way to mellow great danes. I like to know about your dogs activity level and daily routine. I like to make the dog as comfortable as possible and want to stick to his or her routine to keep them calm and happy.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I live very close to Wissihicon Valley Park and thats my go-to walk and play area. I live in a row home across from Cliveden Park. I have my basement fitted out as a special dog room for when I'm away so I don't need to crate pups. I have a huge supply of yummy bones and dog toys. Your dog's sleeping arrangement That's up to you. I do not mind having dogs sleep in my bed with me but if you have trained your dog to stay off the bed thats not a problem either. I have special doggy pillows and blankets for the ground as well as a crate large enough for dogs over 100lbs. Time I'll spend with your dog I will keep your dogs routine as similar to yours as possible as well as a special trip to the park or dogpark or even just an extra long walk or cuddle session.
