I have spent the past 5 years working as a biologist with a passion for pet and wildlife care, but have moved home to help with my parents and will be available full time for pet care for the foreseeable future. I am experienced in pet care from snakes, rats, and amphibians to dogs, cats, and even horses! My dog, first mate, and best friend, Irwin, comes from an abused background; working with him and watching him come out of his shell and learn to play, trust, and love was the most rewarding experience. Animals have a way of understanding and communicating that is different from ours, but learning to open that communication up and connect with a pet is worth the effort. As such I am comfortable and willing to work with pets that may need a little bit of extra TLC - there is no such thing as a bad dog!
