I aim to make leaving your fur babies at home as stress-free as possible by offering communication as frequently as you request, providing detailed notes about your pets’ visit/day, and sending lots of photos for you to see their happy faces. A little more about me: My name is Brittany and I started giving pet care on Rover after I graduated with my Masters and was job hunting. Now with a full time job, I still enjoy looking after peoples' pets so much, that I continue to do so on the side! That being said- my typical availability is mostly weekends or mornings and evenings on week days. However, with enough notice, I do have the ability to be flexible and adjust my schedule to allow for afternoon visits, if needed. I’ve been a Rover sitter for over 6 years now and it’s given me lots of experience caring for others’ pets, including care for those with special/additional needs. With my own special needs cat at home, I have become very comfortable administering oral medications in both liquid and tablet/capsule form, as well as subcutaneous injections (my baby is an FIP survivor!). In addition to my Rover experience, I've grown up caring for all kinds of pets, have volunteered with animal shelters, have dog/cat sat for family and friends, have worked with my grandmother who trained agility competition dogs, and have opened up my home to foster dogs and cats as well.
