Vet student & lover of all animals!
Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m currently a 3rd year veterinary student whose been working in the vet field for over 8 years (small animal & emergency hospitals, animal shelters, boarding kennels & more!). My experience allows me to provide the best care possible for your pets, which of course includes butt scratches, belly rubs, and snoot boops! My life is literally dedicated to learning about and caring for animals, so I am always excited to meet new four-legged friends. I am currently a dog-mom to 2 beagles; Mable and Charlotte. Charlotte is a nervous Nelly so I am very comfortable working with anxious/fearful animals. I also grew up with a reactive pittie so I am comfortable with large breeds and reactive dogs as well. And, of course, cats hold a special place in my heart too- all animals and their special personalities/ quirks are welcome!
Reviews
Great communication and
Brittany was a pleasure! She sent updates and pictures every day. She left our house exactly as we left it for her. We would love to have her watch our dog again!
Amazing - Reliable! Has a true love, passion and understanding for pets. I highly recommend Brittany- you will feel stress free knowing your pet is being taken care of by Brittany when you’re away! Thanks again Brittany!
Always great and reliable !

Safety, trust & environment
I understand how important safety is for you and your pets! I will follow whatever instructions you give for your pet’s care. Honestly, the more information the better so I can make your pet feel safe and loved! Boarding in my home: I live in a 2bd apartment with a fenced in patio. The apartment is 2 floors so I am able to keep my pets separated if need be. We have grassy areas on the block available for potty breaks and parks within a 10min walk for exercise!

Information Brittany L. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best care, it would be helpful to know your pet’s energy level, treat preferences, how they get along with other animals/people, and any relevant medical history/current medications. Any other personality quirks (anxious, escape artist, etc.) would be great to know as well so I can make your pets feel as comfortable as possible!
A typical day
I am comfortable walking dogs (or running if that’s what they need!) around the city and to nearby parks. I have experience walking anxious and reactive dogs, so being aware of my surroundings and your dog’s body language is a priority to me. I also believe mental stimulation is a great way to pass the time- such as practicing old tricks or learning new ones! If your dog is boarding with me, I have a fenced in patio that is also great for some sunbathing if your dog enjoys relaxing outdoors.
