Pet care experience
I have been working professionally with dogs for 10 years, with cats 8. I worked at doggie daycare for 2 and 1/2 years, then I worked as a veterinarian assistant for 8 years. I'm currently making a career change, but I want to pet sit as a way to make some cash while I look for another job. I'm experienced in giving pills, and shots if the pet needed it.

Brittany was fantastic! She took great care of all 3 pets and our home. She kept us posted. She was great and we will definitely requesting her for our next vacation
Brittany has watched our 100 pound, very anxious, Belgian Malinois several times. Most notably when we were gone for almost two weeks. Our dog was very happy to see us but otherwise totally relaxed. Brittany is very knowledgeable about animals and their care, as well as what to do in emergency situations. I am so grateful for everything she does for our dog, including regular weekly walks.
Brittany stayed at my home and was able to watch both my 8 year old schipperke and my 1 year old blue heeler puppy for a 3 day weekend at my home with no issues. My pups can get loud or very needy and Brittany was able to keep them entertained and well cuddled the whole time we were gone. The updates they sent were so helpful and they sent pictures with them cuddling on the couch too! My pups are really love Brittany's company and I cannot wait to use their services again!

Currently I don't have any pets at my home, but I like to discuss things with the owner and see how much time is preferred for playing/walking, what are the preferred times for feeding, things like that.

Any allergies or medications that they take. Who are your emergency contacts, and who is their primary vet. Are there any behaviors I should be aware of? I would prefer a meet and greet ahead of time if possible.
A typical day
I can play tug, toss a ball around, and go on walks. Unfortunately I am unable to do anything with strenuous physical activity right now.

Availability
I'm current making a career transition. I'm using pet sitting as a way to make a little income while I look for a job in my new field. For 2-3 day stays, I can stay the entire time. Longer than that, and I will just need a bit of time to take care of things a home for an hour or two.
