Pet care experience
My previous experience includes a foundation in Veterinary Practices and a BSc in Animal Health Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I have over 10 years of customer service experience most of which has been in the Pet Care Industry. I have experience as an Assistant Manager for a Luxury Doggie Daycare/Hotel in the area and was a Area Manager for a National Dog Walking Company in Hoboken, NJ before relocating to Washington on Lake Roosevelt. Now that I have more time, I’m opening up my schedule to to help out locals in the area as needed since going to Spokane is so far away to leave your fur baby! Need me to watch your pup while you head out fishing or exploring the lake for the day? I’m your gal! :)

Brittany was great with our kitties , she sent us regular updates from her drop ins with the cats . Cats seemed to bond with her well. She also offered to water our plants and take in mail! I would definitley rebook when we need our cats to be cared for
If you're looking for someone who is kind, responsible and will treat your pet like their own then you have come to the right place! Brittany is an excellent caregiver! My dog is a rescue and is in no way perfect, but he loves Brittany so much and is always so happy to see her! It makes me feel at ease and worry free knowing he is in the best hands. She has knowledge in dog body language and basic, positive training so she is a great fit for really any dog! She is also very respectful of your space and privacy at home, only doing what you ask of her to take care of your pet. I would recommend Brittany to anyone! I promise your dog will have the best time and get so much love!
Brittany is the best!! She took such great care of my energetic lab, Argo. She was very accommodating, very attentive with my gentle, and shy giant! What’s more, she kept us in the loop with photos and regular updates. She’s also really knowledgeable and caring about our pet’s needs, and recommended some great tips and exercises for him. Working in this industry for such a long time, I have found it difficult to leave my own pups in boarding facilities and/or within the hands of others. It’s hard to find quality care you can trust! My goal while taking care of your fur baby is make you feel 100% comfortable whilst in my care. Providing photo and written updates thorough the day is something I am very keen on so you always feel in the loop. I’m also very flexible on accommodating special needs for feeding, medication, play, etc. Just give me all the details of their normal routine and I’ll take care of the rest!

I typically like to know everything about your fur baby if possible! Nothing is too much! 1. Behavioral issues to watch out for like leash or animal reactivity. 2. Medical issues to be mindful of or allergies. 3. Favorite treats and toys to play with. 4. Normal walking routine with owner
A typical day
Very walk is going to be a great balance of physical/mental stimulation and relationship building with me! Our first walk will initially growing trust with one another. I typically recommend you leaving out your dogs favorite treat and/or toy for me to offer to start getting your dog excited about me arriving! On our walks, it is completely customizable based off what you and the dogs needs are! This means we can go on a leisurely walk or a brisk walk that includes playtime in the house with their favorite toy. I am also open to doing basic obedience training for an additional charge.

Availability
I currently work from full time from home as a Customer Service Manager for an e-commerce dog company. This gives me the flexibility to stay at home with my own fur babies and availability to help others! My dogs typically go out every 4 hours or less and get a afternoon walk down to the water after work around 3:30 pm. In between they are napping on the couch and enjoying playtime after work!
