Pet care experience
I was raised in Oceanside, California, but recently called Colorado my home. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors in Animal Science and minor in Business Administration. With my newfound appreciation for Therapy, I am continuing my education in therapy, coaching & business. I have about 6 years of experience working with animals in a professional setting and 2 years of experience babysitting/nannying and 2 years of experience working with kids with special needs. I am also currently CPR Certified. I enjoy spending time outside, hiking and biking but, above all, I love spending time with family and friends. I am genuinely looking forward to caring for your pets, children and family members and helping them to the best of my abilities.

Brittany is great and Riley loves seeing her. She spends time playing with him and she adores him.
I was really nervous about Riley with a sitter since we had adopted him a few days prior to needing someone. Brittany's name came up on Next Door and I researched Rover and found lots of good recommendations for her. When I met her I felt totally at ease leaving Riley with her. She was really great with him and even though we were only gone 3 hours, she sent me pictures of him playing with her. She was really great with him. Since he is only 9 weeks old, he can't go on walks yet and requires a lot of work as we are potty training him. She was perfect and knew exactly what to do with him. I am looking forward to having her sit for us again.
I was very hesitant to leave my dog with someone. I have two German Shepherds and one of them is a very high needs teen. The first day I was extremely nervous about what was going to happen but Brittany totally set my mind at easy and alleviated any worries that I had. She sent me pictures everyday and reassured me that Jaxx was being taken care of. There were no issues and the dogs really loved having Brittany in the house. She also left my house cleaner than I left it. It was totally amazing!

I always make sure your home and pets are safe at all times by using crates if needed, fences, gates, or anything else that is necessary and of course approved by the owner. Safety and communication is key with your home and pets!

Availability
I’m currently working a full-time job and am available all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I do have flexibility in my schedule Tuesday-Friday and this ability to allows me to do any drop-in visits, check-ins, feeding, playtime, walks etc.
