Hi Pet Owner! My husband and I would love for your furbaby to spend their vacation with us. Both my husband (Will) and I have grown up having pets and now have two dogs and cats of our own. We are truly animal people and bought our home just so we could create a dog room for our babies to play in and for yours to have an exciting vacation. While in our care your dog/s will spend their day playing an napping at their delight. We do not cage dogs unless the owner request it, in that case we have a 32" and a 48" kennel we can use unless you would like to provide your own. When we are home the dogs have free rein to the house and are allowed on all furniture. During the day while we are at work the dogs are kept in the dog room (others know this to be a formal living dinning area). Will and I have work schedules that allow us to only leave the dogs alone for an average of 4 hours. Outside of work I am an Assistant Manager with a local animal rescue and volunteer my time at the Fort Worth Shelter. Animals are my passion! Besides being a neighbor, Brittany is a very experienced and knowledgeable pet sitter--she has many cats of her own and volunteers with a local pet shelter. Sterling the cat ate well while I was gone, which is always a good indication that she was happy with Brittany's service as well. I will use Brittany again.
Easy to work with and great with communication. My dogs seemed comfortable with her and the updates with each visit gave us piece of mind.
This was our first experience with Rover, and it was wonderful! Brittany was great with Sugar, and she kept us updated with pics and videos. It was such a comfort knowing she was in great hands.
Such a nice and friendly couple. They are also knowledgeable about dogs and their habits. I felt really safe leaving my dog with them. Their environment was clean and open, and they have a special area for the dogs when they leave the house. Their two dogs are also very friendly and well behaved. All dogs must be up to date on shots. There is currently an up-rise in distemper in Texas and we want to ensure the safety and health of your dogs and ours, please help us do this by making sure your dog is up to date on all shots, especially DHPP.
A typical day
Visiting dogs will be able to have tons of play time with our pups, chase squirrels in the yard, go on walks, chase balls, all the things that dogs love! Or if they are more laid back our family loves a good movie and cuddle time.
