Pet care experience
Hi there! I'm Brittany and I currently work at a veterinary clinic as a receptionist and assistant! I am a proud mother to a fifteen year-old Pomeranian, and have been taking care of all types of pets (particularly dogs and cats) for about 10 years now, and my love and passion for animals continues to grow every day. I am more than happy to bathe, groom, give necessary medications, feed/water, and play with your pets, as I have years of experience doing all of the above! My large, newly fenced backyard is perfect for playing and running around in, and I have no shortage of dog toys that are readily available. For elderly or disabled dogs, or dogs struggling with joint problems, I have a dog stroller on hand (up to 50 lbs.) that can comfortably take your pet for a walk without risking any injury. Additionally, if you have any other pets (birds, hamsters, lizards, etc.) I would be thrilled to care for them as well! Outstanding. I was stuck at work for a few weeks without a day off and I hired Brittany to come every other day and walk my pup. She was very polite, always let me know when she there to take the dog out and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Brittany was a fabulous dog sitter. She came over weeks before the job to meet the dogs and again the night before we left. She sent pictures while we were gone also. We will be using her again any time we need to be out of town.
I used Brittany first time and was very pleased with her. She played with my pup and walked him and I could just tell she had a very good bond with animals, I will use her again and I highly recommend Brittany.

I absolutely adore all animals, small and elderly dogs in particular, and have most of my training and experience working with chihuahuas, malteses, bichons, shih tzu's, miniature or "toy" breeds, terriers, pitbulls, etc., including many many cats. I grew up learning how to properly handle not only the temperaments of the smaller breeds, but also the fragility of their bodies, depending on their size and age. Over the last two years or so I have gained a lot more knowledge and hands on experience working with larger breeds like shepherds, retrievers, danes, etc. and have come to find out that a lot of them are even more cuddly than the smaller breeds! I have experience working with large breeds who are skiddish, anxious, dog/cat aggressive, or people aggressive, but would like to be informed of your dogs personality prior to booking.
