Pet care experience
Experience caring for large and small animals; kind, compassionate care is very important to me. I also have significant experience with epileptic dogs, and medication administration. Lots of space to run and play on the farm, and exposure to horses is guaranteed. Visitors will enjoy coming along for morning and evening chores, and living the “farm dog life” for the duration of their visit.

I had my dog Myka with Brittany for 9 days while away on a trip and she was absolutely amazing! Myka currently has an ACL tear and also a chronic illness which she takes daily medication for and requires her stress levels to remain as low as possible - so she needed a bit of extra care. Brittany did not have any issue with this and was able to take it on with no problem. I also received almost daily updates about how she was doing with pictures, which was awesome and put my mind at ease. I will be bringing her back for sure :)
Brittany took wonderful care of my dog, Norman, while I was on vacation for a week. She was very patient and understanding as he experienced separation anxiety and got used to the new routine. The updates and pictures she provided were very thoughtful, and I was glad to see all the adventures she took Norman on. You can tell that Brittany truly loves and cares about animals! ♥️
So many positive things to say about Brittany! She was flexible, provided lots of updates and we felt so comfortable leaving our pup with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

A typical day
Your dog will have the opportunity to walk through the daily farm routine of feeding and caring for a horse farm, and will get plenty of exercise in the process! We have 70 acres to play on, with hay fields and wooded trails to venture down. There is plenty of property to explore, and lots of toys to play with!

I currently work from home full time, and I am very routine based. Horses are fed twice per day, and dogs would be expected to contribute to the routine!
