Hello, To introduce myself my name is Brittany, but you can call me Britt! My husband and I moved to Washington in 2018 and we live on JBLM. I'm so excited to be here and have the opportunity to spend my days with doggos. As fun as it is, I take watching dogs as serious as any other job because our fur friends mean a lot to us. My entire working career has been centered around animals. I love keeping our best friends happy and cared for. I've worked with animals and trained horses my whole life. I grew up on a dairy farm where I learned my most valuable skills and developed the best instinct with animals. In addition to that I've spent time as a vet assistant as well. Animals are my thing! We currently have a 1 yr old Malamute so if your dog likes to play and have fun all day this is the house for them. I have a fenced in back yard, I also take my dog to the dog park often to socialize. I'm open to all breeds of dogs and have a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/long stays. I'm open to dogs with special needs also. I believe in giving individual attention so I do not watch more then two additional dogs at one time to ensure they have the best care and attention. I frequently go for long runs with our dog, and generally try to include them like part of the family. I also love sending pictures and updates on your dog daily, or as much as you'd like! If hope you choose me to care for you beloved pup, your dog will feel at home! Thank you for considering me. Where your pup will spend his time: As long as it's not raining and the weather permits dogs are free to play out side within our fenced yard (supervised of course!) with access to water and interactive toys. Typically I let the dogs play for 1 hr 3-4× per day coming inside to rest inbetween. When the dogs are inside they will have access to interactive toys and supervised play time. Where your pup will sleep: Dogs crate will be set up in quite area of our main living space with a view of outside. Feeding protocol: Dog/dogs will have scheduled feeding times and eat among the comfort of their own crate.
