Fun Loving Dog Owner
Pet care experience
I have an energetic 3.5 year old Golden Retriever. With all of his energy, I walk him every day and play with him outside. When it is nice out I usually take him to dog friendly parks because he gets a long great with other dogs. This past year I have watched a neighbor's dog 3+ times. They have a 2 year old, medium sized dog, and just recently got a French bull dog puppy. For this family in particular, I stayed at their house over night, but during the day I would drop in to let the dogs out, feed them, and walk them.

Brittany is a young, loving , energetic beautiful woman who has such love and compassion for all animals. She has been our families dog sitter for a while now. She has watched our old to our puppies and gives them so much love that when we come home from vacation they are so sad to see her leave. If your fortunate enough as we've been to have Brittany sit with your animals you could go away knowing they are loved and well taken care of.

I would like to know if they got along well with other dogs or people so I was prepared when going on walks with the dog. I would also like to know if they had any allergies or medical conditions in case I needed to give them medicine while the owner was away. I would ask to see how the owner usually gives their dogs medicine in order to feel comfortable doing it myself. I have given my dog heart worm pills which we usually give him with a piece of turkey. I do not have any preferences on breeds but I may not be comfortable watching a pit bull that I didn't know.
A typical day
I would take the dog on walks around their neighborhood and if the owner gave me the okay, I would take them to a dog friendly park. If the owner has a fenced in year, I would play with the dog outside either throwing a Frisbee or a ball. I am typically more available on the weekends but if some week days are needed, I would be able to do drop in visits or walks before and after work,
