Pet care experience
I'm as trust-worthy as they come; an elementary teacher by day and pet lover by night. Aunty to many fur-babies, and bunmother to a house rabbit, I'd love to help care for your cuties in my spare time! While Rover caters primarily to dogs & cats, I've also got experience caring for a wide range of small mammals and reptiles, such as guinea pigs, bearded dragons, and a special needs chameleon. I'm a full time teacher from September to June, available before and after school hours (7-3:30.) I am childfree and single, so I am highly flexible in my free time! It is truly a pleasure to spend my evenings, weekends, and sunny summer days playing and cuddling with your beloved pets. We'll keep to their usual routine and I'll provide frequent photos and updates to your preference! At home in Sellwood, I have a senior free-roam house rabbit. I also regularly care for the dogs and cats in my family network, especially a gaggle of chihuahuas and a few large breed dogs for walks and pet-sitting. I can take care of your pets, as well as any plants or gardens you need tending to for a longer duration, or keep it simple with a potty-break on your busy days. I look forward to meeting you and your crew!

Brittany was WONDERFUL! She has a life long Auntie placement with Ms piggy. She was gentle, confident and warm hearted forwarded Ms piggy and left my place looking great. I was halfway around the world an got updated pictures and a happy girl She is really the best!
Brittany was amazing! She was communicative, friendly, and always super responsive. She sent us lots of pet photos and updates. It was clear from the photos she sent us that our animals were very happy in her care. A typical day
I love exploring the neighborhood with your dogs! If they've got a favorite route, I'm a quick study, and am more than happy to take them to their go-to spots! I also love playing with pups, getting energy out with fetch or tug-o-war, and I would even love to take your dog on adventures by car to a good local hike, if it suits you. When its time to calm down, I am told I am very cuddly, and all the dogs in my life love to squish into my lap for a snooze, big or small. I'm ready to support your fur friend at any energy level!

Availability
Pet care fits wonderfully within my work schedule as a teacher; M-F, 7:30-3:30 from September to June! As long as your cuties can handle my absence for the 8 hour work day, the rest of my time goes to maintaining their routine! In the summer, I plan my routine around booked pet-care, and can be available for nearly continuous care aside from care visits to my own furbaby Oreo!
