I Like Big Dogs and I Cannot Lie
Pet care experience
I have experience walking and caring for all types of dogs. Since childhood, dogs have been a big part of my life. I currently have one dog, she is a goofy APBT mix. I definitely have a soft spot for bully breeds and large dogs. I am ready to use my skills as a long time dog owner and shelter volunteer to ensure your dog has the best experience possible while in my care. If your dog is in training, I am happy to provide basic positive training techniques to reinforce their skills. Having my own dogs, I have gotten to know some really great swimming holes and trails. *I'm not afraid to get our paws muddy*. We also like to go on urban adventures with our dog friends. We can even do some basic enrichment and nosework. Alternatively, if your dog is feeling less active, some snuggle time is always a treat.

She goes above and beyond with all dogs, making sure to include positive reinforcement and canine enrichment in all the pups’ daily activities, whether it’s a hike, a run in the dog park, or staying at home playing with one of Brittany’s hand made snuffle mats! She’s very observant and understands dog body language, which makes me feel comfortable that my dog is being paid close attention to and is being understood.

A typical day
If your dog is comfortable in social environments, I would love to take them to places like Stewart or Cass Park, walks downtown or in your neighborhood. If your dog is very shy and would like to be exercised or walked in a more secluded area, I know some sleepy streets and trails that would be perfect for a calm and stress-free experience. I love nosework and enrichment exercises, playing fetch, or any games we might come up with.
