We've used Brittany once previously and she was great with updates and pictures. This time, won't use again, she needed to return my dog a day early, no reason given, then acted like it's our fault. I'm just thankful my dog is fed, sheltered, and kept alive. We left to Minnesota, we have no resource or support in Vegas, there's a reason why we use rover.com. She didn't send pictures or updates this time, seems more concern about her interest. If she could not commit to the whole time requested i just wish she was honest. We accommodated to her request and kept her posted on our timeline and yet we get a "this is ridiculous" text when she failed to confirm with us that she's still up waiting for our arrival at 1am. This is why we're upset: we were traveling with an infant, our flight got delayed, our baggage came late, we uber home just to get to our car at home, and all the while we check if she's still up waiting for us, no response, so what do we do? We call it a night. And then we get a text and a phone call, picked our dog up at 2:30am, rude welcoming from her. If anything, this situation is ridiculous.

She's great and her dog is great! She also sends pictures. Very loving and caring. She was really thoughtful when on the first night she stayed in instead of going to work just to make sure the dogs get along. Thank you!
