Nonprofit Dog Rescue raising money
Pet care experience
I have fostered for rescues since 2013. Then I opened my own local rescue in 2019. I focus on large breed dogs that were neglected, overbred, underloved, and abandoned. ALL funds from Rover go into my dog rescue ❤️

Awesome as usual!!
Brittani was absolutely amazing!! She taught Wheeler new tricks, sent me a ton of video and pictures updates, and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my puppy for the first time. She is an amazing dog sitter!!!
Best experience I could’ve asked for! I was super nervous leaving my 10 year old dog with a stranger for the first time, but she made not only my dogs but me feel super comfortable with the entire stay. She kept me updated with lots of videos and photos. Both dog seemed to be having their on vacation.
Brittani was amazing with Charlie. She sent a lot of awesome photos and videos. Brittani communication was very responsive. She taught Charlie how to run through the tunnel and received a lot of play time. Thank you so much.

Our main dog room is a finished garage. It is temperature controlled and there are a minimum of two doors/fences between your dogs and any exits or other dogs. Every door is sturdy and kept locked while I’m not home. The other dogs in the home do not make much noise so your dogs probably won’t even know they exist :) I do keep white noise on in the room as well. This includes a loud fan or the AC plus “dog tv” at a comfortable volume. I know some dogs need time to feel safe in a new environment. So I spend the first hour or two letting them come and go, walking them on leash to grow trust, and sitting with them in the kennel. I wait until they’re comfortable before I leave them alone. There is also a nanny camera on them at all times. I check it through the day to make sure they are not nervous at any time. We do have some dog friendly dogs in the home. If you’d like your dog to make a friend , let me know and I will SAFELY and slowly introduce them the way I do with all of my dogs in the rescue! The front yard has a 4.5 ft fence with locked gate and security camera on the entire yard. Dogs are accompanied outside unless I go inside to fill their water bowls etc. the neighborhood is safe and my direct neighbors always keep an eye out for me and my dogs as well. There is very little foot traffic out front but if you think your dog can clear a 4.5ft fence if it sees a stray squirrel or cat, please let me know so I can let them use the backyard instead

If they need potty breaks or medicine more often than every 7 hours, I am able to plan my work week out around that if I know in advance. Otherwise on my work days, they will get fed, played with, or medicated at 8am, 1pm, and 9pm.
A typical day
We are exepericed in structured play. We will work with tug / leave it and use puzzles for food and treats. They will get plenty of yard time. There's even an agility course for stimulation and confidence building !

Availability
I work 6 hour shifts most of the week but am otherwise home. Food and water is left in the room as well as DogTv, toys, and chews! I leave pee pads just in case as well.
