I have known Brittainy since she was a baby. She has always loved animals especially dogs. She is very caring and loving and cannot stand seeing a dog neglected or mistreated. She has taken care of my 2 labs when my husband and I were out of town, Brittainy would feed them, play with them and take them on long walks twice a day. Brittainy exceeds the traditional dog sitter role. Her knowledge that dogs may spend a majority of their time indoors results in her not only taking dogs around the block, but in taking dogs to new places like parks and trails. She is aware and conscientious of the different abilities and needs of dogs for their breeds and ages and will provide the most appropriate walk for your dog. Her personal athletic ability provides an opportunity for dogs with a lot of energy or a need to run to gain that experience. And for those that do not want to run, but rather a leisurely stroll will not be rushed, but will get to "stop and smell the roses" as Brittainy is considerate of a dogs need to explore and be outdoors. Brittainy is patient, loving and attentive to each dog she works with. In her lifetime she has had a number of dogs as a child and as a young adult has even fostered dogs where they were later able to be adopted. Brittainy finds joy in working with dogs and that joy seems contagious as the dogs appear just as joyful if not more from being in her presence. I highly recommend Brittainy to be someone you can trust with your dog as she will treat your dog as if it is her own as she already does with many of her her friends and families dogs evidenced by being the first one when visiting to provide the dog with some love and care or ask, "Can I take him for a walk?" Treat your dog to more than a walk, but an experience that will provide exercise, exploring and enjoyment.
