Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs of different breeds. Ever since I was a teenager, I was the person that friends and family would ask to care for their animals; feeding them, playing with them, walking them, ect. I have even taken care of bunnies, fish and some reptiles. As an adult, I have rescued both cats and dogs, nursing them back to health and finding them their fur-ever homes. I love getting to know each animal for who they are and learning from them what they have to teach us. I am a single mom to an animal loving 10 year old boy. He will joining me as I teach him the value of taking care of animals (he wants to be vet when gets older). We are excited for the opportunity to befriend and care for your fur-baby.

I do love detailed instructions on how to care for your animal loved one. If I am taking them for a walk, where is their favorite place to go? Do they love to stop every once in awhile to smell the flowers or do they prefer a run? Are they a hide in the bush and poop kind of animal; have no shame and let it all be free or would they rather only do their buisness at home regardless of the walk length? How much food is needed? Any medications? Favorite game to play? Are the snugglers? Any and all information is appreciated so I can create the best experience for your little love and to create ease in your world to know that they are as happy as they deserve to be.

Please let me know of any special behaviors to be aware of. If they get over stimulated in any certain circumstance. For example: my older cat likes to be pet under chin, bit he will let you know when he done. He does get overstimulated if he is pet too much.
A typical day
I love playing any and all games your pet is interested in. I love giving belly rubs, nose and top of the head kisses. I love the outdoors so lots of walks and hikes (if you pet likes them) will be on the agenda. I am a talker, so they will have good conversation at all times. There is something magical about seeing the expression on an animals face when you say a positive affirmation to them, so there will be loads of those as well.

Availability
I work full time as a special education coach. I do have weekends and week nights available to care for your pet. I can also do early morning walks before I head to work.
