Pet care experience
I'd like to think I have a strong need to nurture and care for others, which is what drew me to jobs in childcare, gardening and pet-sitting. Most of my experience is with children, but I find that toddlers and pets are very similar! I learn their individual needs, maintain patience and positivity, and I never mind the clean-up that's required. My roommate has a pitbull, and I've helped split a lot of walking/exercise responsibilities. I've been trusted to care for my coworker's pets while they were on vacation, which included dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'm comfortable with basic bathing and brushing, oral medication, and dog-walking. Whatever you need, just let me know! My schedule is somewhat sporadic, due to various nanny and babysitting jobs, so just message me and we'll figure it out. My own home is unavailable for dogsitting, as I have two cats and a large dog already!

Britt was so great with my cat! She was so flexible to work with me during the holidays and was very attentive to my cat even with my crazy cat mom worries haha. She was sweet to my cat, who is also very anxious but got her to come out! Always sent me pictures and kept my apartment so kept. She even brought in our package for us! She very trustworthy and I will definitely be asking her to watch my cat again!

Britt is one of the most loving and caring human beings I have ever met. She will take care of your pet with all the compassion and care in the world. She will truly treat your dog like her own. She's reliable and trustworthy and I wouldn't trust anyone else to be a caregiver for my baby!

I'd like to hear as much about your pet as possible before starting with them, but I feel meet-and-greets are best for getting to know each other. If your dog is older, has special needs, or is skittish, I'd like to know what type of things comfort them.
A typical day
I'm happy to run around and play with dogs at any time of day. If they need specific training or stimulation/games, I can do that with them during our visit. I've watched many large dog breeds that needed some extra leash-training, as well as provided games for small puppies.
