You had me at woof!

Pet care experience

I have had a lifetime of experience caring for pets, both my own and those of friends and family. I am committed to ensuring the happiness and well-being of every animal in my care. One thing that sets me apart as a pet sitter is my ability to adapt to each pet's needs and routines. I am comfortable caring for young and energetic pups or senior dogs who require oral medication or additional support and everything in between. Our Golden Retriever, Rowdy, passed away this past summer due to nasal cancer. Cancer is a terrible and heartbreaking diagnosis. I can't replace Rowdy, but I can give my love and affection to your pet! I understand the trust owners place in me to care for their beloved furry family members and take that responsibility seriously.

Britni did an amazing job with our two labs! They loved her and she sent so many pictures while we were gone, which was calming to me, I didn’t have to worry when they were in her care! We will definitely book again. ❤️

You can tell Britni truly cares for your pets like her own! She checked in on my puppy Ollie a couple times and I could tell he was well taken care of. Provides detailed updates, along with cute pictures of each stay! Will definitely use her again and recommend to others

Safety, trust & environment

It's important to have an initial meet and greet a few days before I start taking care of your pet. This way, we can make sure that we're all a good fit and that your pet feels comfortable with me. I want to make sure we give your pet plenty of time to settle into their new surroundings or, with me, a new guest in their home. I'll also follow any specific care instructions that you provide and keep a close eye on your pet to ensure their safety and well-being. I'll also make sure to secure any "off-limit" areas or items and double-check that all doors and gates are locked to keep your pet safe. Additionally, I want to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for you and your pet. I'll do my best to ensure your pet is happy and well taken care of while you're away.

Home

Lives in an apartment
Has an unfenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has no pets
No children present
Dogs allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Information Britni R. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs (medication, mobility limitations, etc.) or behaviors, I should be aware of. Does your dog get along with other dogs (other dogs in the private dog park or ones we may encounter while we're on a walk)? Is your dog potty trained? Does your dog have any mealtime requirements (slow feeder, must be watched while they eat, access to food all day or at a certain time throughout the day, etc.) Please make sure all vaccinations are up to date!

A typical day

Whether your dog prefers to be a couch potato or get outside and burn some energy, I accommodate both lifestyles. Our neighborhood is very quiet and well-maintained, and we have a dog park that provides a fenced-in area to allow your dog to roam freely.
