We had a horrible experience using Britney as our dog sitter. When we first arrived, we weren’t allowed up to her apartment to get the dogs set up which I found odd. We were gone for over a week on vacation and received very few photos and updates. In the original booking Sunday was decided as the date we would be picking up the dogs. I texted her Saturday for an update and got no response. Sunday I texted her 4hrs before pickup asking if 6pm would work? We drove 6 hours home from a wedding straight to the apartment and even texted when we were 30 minutes out and still no response. We arrived at 6pm as we originally planned and couldn’t get ahold of her. Finally she let us know she was out and would be back “soon.” We waited over an hour and hadn’t heard anything - she finally responded saying it was her graduation that day and would be back shortly. This is completely unacceptable and we were worried about the safety of our dogs at this point. 2 hrs after we arrived to pick up our dogs we were finally given them back and our dog Bradley and his leash were soaking wet and smelled horrible. Our guess is they had been left for an extended period of time unattended and he had soiled himself in his crate and she attempted to hurriedly bathe him. She didn’t say a word and just handed us the dogs and their stuff and ran away. She also didn’t give us back Bradley’s bed, their porcelain bowls or the poop bag holder. I don’t think she is responsible enough or communicative enough to be a sitter for Rover and I would not recommend using her.

I’m just going to say I would not use her again. Didn’t communicate or send any pics. Severely over fed my dog to the point he threw up multiple times when I got him home.
