To whom it may concern, Britney McCollum is a woman with the largest, caring and most beautiful loving heart. She is one of few people who will see the good in everything. I had the pleasure to work under her as she managed Mount Pleasant Avenue Premier Canine Villas and Spa prior to her husband's miltary obligations requiring a PCS transfer. The running joke at the Canine Villas was that Britney was THE dog whisperer and would put Ceasar Millan out of business. She had so much patience for the most problematic dogs and could calm them down with some kind of magic no one else could muster. They say dogs can tell a good person from bad, and I believe that to be true after seeing high strung dogs that were 3x her size settle down and roll on their backs to greet her and obey her every command. I trust Britney with my own dog, and I trust that she will treat any and every dog as her own. It would be a disservice to Rover to not have Britney on their team. Not only is she an amazing and living friend, but her work and managerial experience is something you will never find anywhere else.
