Pet care experience
My friends and neighbors have relied on me to walk and dog sit their sweet animals many times over. My two dogs, London and Jake, were both senior pets, so I have experience giving medication and caring for senior pets in the way those sweeties deserve! I also have experience dog sitting puppies and love to play around with them and their boundless energy! I also have experience with dogs who do not like other animals as well as traumatized dogs who have trouble interacting with other people. I can’t wait to meet your dog!

She made sure to give my shy, older pup just as much love and attention and my gregarious golden. My house was just as I had left it when I returned. I have dog sat in people’s homes on multiple occasions and I understand that there is a certain level of trust involved that I will not and have not ever broken in the past. I will happily learn where I am needed to provide care for the pet and will stay away from any areas where I am not needed. I am able to follow instructions well and can also help with small home chores such as watering plants and taking in the mail!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications so I can help make them as comfortable as possible! If your dog doesn’t get along well with other animals or prefers to keep their distance from most people, let me know that, too as I have plenty of experience with dogs who get nervous or even slightly aggressive around other pets/people. Just let me know so I can make your pet as happy and at ease as possible!
A typical day
I’d love to play with your dog, give them lots of love and pets, as well as take them for long (or short, depending on their abilities) walks through the beautiful neighborhoods all around us!

Availability
I just moved away from home where I had my own sweet, family dog who my brother and I were the primary caregivers of. I already miss having a dog around! As a grad student taking most of my courses online, I have a lot of time during the day and most evenings to be flexible with what you might need in terms of schedules.
