I have been a resident of Ormond Beach, Florida since 2004 and am currently a Student Physical Therapist Assistant at Daytona State College. For the past four years I have been rescuing and fostering animals of all breeds and sizes. Whenever a friend or an acquaintance has needed help or advice with a pet, I am the first they contact. I have a well-known reputation in the rescue community as someone who is dedicated and passionate about helping pets of all species. It is important for pet owners to not only trust their pets' sitter/walker, but to also trust them in their home. I am very trustworthy and reliable, and I have many references who will testify to my honesty and devotion. Over the years, I have used my own money and time to help animals when no one else could simply because it makes me feel fulfilled. Animal care/rescue is my passion. I am willing to work with any breed, any age, of any size. I especially enjoy working with animals with behavioral issues (as long as their not aggressive towards humans), because I have personally witnessed what patience and a little love can do with a pet who may have anxiety or fear. My rescue lab mix, Bruce, was hours away from euthanasia at Hillsborough County Shelter in Tampa. I have had him for a little over two years and he has transformed into an amazing dog. I feel a greatly rewarded when I am able to work with animals. I am reliable, caring, and responsible. I am very active, and will run and play with your pet so that they are entertained while you are away. I am able to walk or do home checks before and after school, and before and after work.
