Pet care experience
When I was 10 years old, I knew I wanted to dedicate my unconditional love and passion for animals into a purposeful career path. 15 years of volunteering, competitive programs, education and working with animals of all shapes and sizes later, I am a graduate from Murray State University with a B.A.S. in Veterinary Nursing. I have been employed at veterinary clinics in both Ohio and Kentucky along with an internship at a clinic in Sydney, Australia. Along with friendliess and fun, I posses the knowledge and skills to not only provide your precious furbaby with basic pet care, but I have been trained to administer medication, asses presenting symptoms and or provide emergency first aid in critical situations; I would also be happy to educate and provide any answers to questions you may have.

I have known Brie for almost 6 years now. We first met my freshman year in college, us both being pre-veterinary majors. I have never met someone so passionate about her career and all her animals that have ever been in her care. I have never second-guessed having Brie watch any of my animals and have always referred her to anybody that I knew that needed someone to watch over their precious fluffs. This girl will go above and beyond for any animal, at one point having a heat-detector drone looking for one of her beloved furbabies. She has never turned down a stray, always taking in the lost kittens she has found in parking lots and dogs that have shown up on her doorstop. She has the biggest heart and is a sucker for anything with four legs. Another big aspect with Brie, she is very responsible and punctual when it comes to her job. We were fortunate enough to work at Cracker Barrel together for 6 years as well, and she has always taken her job seriously. I have seen her work double shits back to back, day after day, and she never complained and always shows up with a smile and great attitude. If you are looking for the perfect dog sitter/walker/lover, Brie is your gal.
Brie is such a kind and loving person...especially to those of the canine persuasion. :) She's never met a pup she didn't adore and I've never seen one not take to her wholeheartedly, as well. When it comes to your 'best friend's' health and well-being, this inate and instant abilty to bond with your fur baby along with her highly educated and trained skillsets in the animal care profession should make Brie your #1 choice! Whether just for the day while you're away and especially if your baby has heath concerns or needs extra special care after a proceedure, Brie's the next best thing to you!
Brie has been my dog sitter for several years now. If I ever have to go out of town, she is the FIRST person I call! She is a Veterinary Nurse which brings me peace of mind in case something should happen. She is able to give medicine and is able to identify if a dog is sick or if somethings wrong. I have seen Brie around many different types and sizes of dogs and she is so patient and treats all dogs like they were her own! If Brie watches your dogs I can promise you they will get plenty of love! When Brie is watching my dogs, I know that I never have to worry about them. I would HIGHLY recommend Brie!!

Currently residing in the lively and quaint town of Grants Pass, OR, I am surrounded by various parks, trails, and recreational areas. Just like ourselves, getting those doggos out in nature with the sun in their fur is essential. My dog, Dakota, can also provide any company and comfort for those pups that may be a little more on the nervous side of things. He is extremely friendly with dogs and cats alike and can show them it's okay to get your paws dirty! Even at 5 years old, he always enjoys a good game of tag at the dog park. On all walks or hikes, I carry a daypack supplied with fresh water, bowls, basic first aid kit, pet friendly cleaning wipes, and hypoallergenic treats.

No breed restrictions! I would like to know if your pet has any pre-existing medical conditions, what their favorite type of snack is and how they are with going for car rides. Some destinations require a short drive through the city limits. I can provide proper harnessing and restraint during transport.

Parks, trailheads, waterfalls, and riverbeds are some of the various types of areas I'd love to take your special pup! As a very active and avid outdoorswoman, your dog will also get their daily dose of activity and adventure with me as their caretaker.
