A tired pup is a happy pup!

Pet care experience

I have had experience with many different breeds ranging from dobermans to chihuahuas. There are many personalities I have worked with in addition! I also have experience with diabetic dogs who need timely insulin shots and special attention. I have grown up around two dogs with diabetes and have assisted in giving insulin shots as well as watching for signs of low/high blood sugar. My number one concern is the safety and care of your pets. I am detailed, consistent, respectful and keep a very clean home! I am very willing to work around others schedules and perform duties exceeding your expectations. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your fur babies!

Bridget was amazing! I’d never left my dog alone before, I was so nervous, but Bridget went above and beyond to care for him. I’d book her again in a heartbeat!

Bridget was so great and flexible in offering to watch our pup, Potato after our wedding ceremony. Bridget came to pick up Potato part way through our cocktail hour. Although I was not able to actually meet Bridget, she sent a bunch of pictures and videos while Potato was in her care to show how much fun she was having playing with Bridget and her dog. I can’t thank Bridget enough for helping to watch Potato and making sure she was well taking care of on our wedding night!

Safety, trust & environment

I currently have a small dog door and small fenced in yard. Hux enjoys his freedom to come in and out and if your dog isn’t used to using a doggy door, no worries! I will be home to assist in letting them out and try to only book dog boarding and doggy daycare when I am home full time to better serve clients needs.

Information Bridget S. would like to know about your pet

The main things I would like to know are: If your dog is aggressive (with food, toys, or in general), do they have allergies, are they more hyper, shy, disabled, or need any special handling in order for me to be as prepared as possible for your dog to have a comfortable stay.

A typical day

I love to take the dogs for walks in the neighborhood, to the dog park, go on leashed hikes, and play inside! However, this is all depending upon age, the owners preference, and what each dog enjoys (fetch, tug a war, or even just some extra scratches) I would love to do what best fits the pets abilities and owners comfort.
