I’ve always had a pet of some sort my whole life. Mostly dogs and cats but while raising 5 kids we’ve had hamsters, gerbils, a bearded dragon, ducks, snakes, Guinea pigs and once a hermit crab, lol. My husband and I are snowbirds traveling to Minnesota in the summer and Spring Hill from October to May. We own a house on 1/2 acre with a large fenced in yard. We have one elderly male chihuahua. I’m home mostly all day as is my husband so someone will be with your pets at all times. No areas of our home are off limits to pets because they are people too! I can administer oral medication as needed but have no experience in injections but willing to learn. We have experience with elderly dogs and can carry outside for potty breaks as needed.
