I started checking out breed books from the library as soon as I was capable of having my own library card! My dog-nerding extended to reading Cesar Millan books and watching his techniques on his show. We fostered several dogs for a local non-profit, but after adopting two of our own family dogs I began volunteering regularly at Petsmart throughout middle school and high school. I took my dogs to the dog park, for neighborhood walks and extended off leash trail walks as a kid. Throughout college I helped care for my roommates medium and large sized dogs. The only reason I don't have one of my own yet is because of my busy schedule, but would love to assist any busy pet owner with the care of their beloved four legged friend(s). I am very active and able to manage any tugger, slow walker or pace in between!
