Pet care experience
Brand new to Astoria, Queens! I've been a life-long dog lover, and an owner for 15+ years through my childhood and today. I've been passionate about animal care since I was a little girl, and have a wealth of knowledge about many different breeds and their specific needs. My friends call me "crazy dog lady" any chance they get. I have a lot of experience taking care of neighborhood dogs, from my hometown on Long Island to my successful dog sitting business in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brookyln. I've specifically spent a lot of time taking care of retrievers, bulldogs, Havanese, spaniels, Yorkies, poodles, dachshunds, corgis, and more! I've now moved back home from 3 years in Denver, Colorado and am looking to care for even more dogs. I'm currently living in a spacious Astoria apartment, just a ~20-minute walk away from Astoria Park, where I have an extensive walking route that I bring my visiting pups multiple times a day depending on their needs. There are no other dogs currently in my home. I can guarantee your pet will have a comfortable, safe, and fun visit under my care. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Aside from any medical/dietary needs, all I need to know is their favorite type of treat or toy! No breed preference, they're all angels in my eyes.
A typical day
Living right down the street from Astoria Park makes for optimal time in the great outdoors! There is always an abundance of activity to be had in the park. As an extremely avid dog-lover, I guarantee plenty of snuggle time, treats, and inside play will be had by your pooch!

Availability
I work in an office Monday-Friday, but am a 15-minute walk from my home. If a pup needs to stay with me on the occasional weekday, I am happy to come home halfway through my day for a walk! Other than that, I am totally available on weekends from about 4pm Friday to any time Sunday night or early Monday mornings. I'm generally an early-riser, so morning walks are part of my routine anyway! I live in a very safe neighborhood as well, so nighttime walks are no issue. When a pup is in my care on the weekends, I will generally spend all day with them, either at home or at the park!
