I have always considered all pets as family. There is no way to truly explain how much our pets give to us. I have always had pets. Our family pug of 10 years recently passed from cancer and it has been a time of healing and transition. Although we are not ready to bring in a new doggie as our own, my heart is open to nurture and care for doggie friends.
