I grew up with dogs and have had dogs of my own. A family member started her own pet-sitting business almost thirty years ago and I grew up working with her on summer and winter breaks for several years. I worked with 4H in school and with therapy horses and those with special needs through girl scouts. I have several years experience as a volunteer for local shelters and animal rescue organizations (including SPCA, small animal rescue, an emu farm, etc.). Before moving to St Pete I was the (informally un)official dog walker for my neighborhood in Baltimore. I volunteer with the Bird of Prey program at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. I walk and bike as much as possible and love bringing dogs, including my own pooch, with me.
