I have been around dogs ever since I was born so naturally I have a knack for caring for them and training them. I’ve walked dogs but have never ran with them, if given the opportunity though I’d love to jog with a dog! If I am asked to do walks I prefer a well trained dog, mainly the medium to large sized breeds. I also don’t tollerate dogs to jump on me. If it’s a trick that you taught them then that’s okay, but other than that I don’t tollerate it. Rules will be established when we meet but those are just a couple of things I want to put out there before I’m considered for a job, leash trained and no jumping. Yes I’m strict but I’m also fun loving, laid back, understanding, and have always had a special place in my heart for dogs. I have incredible stories of dogs who don’t trust anyone coming up to me and sitting in front of me, licking my face, and being comfortable around me. Skiddish dogs too. I just have this natural ability around dogs, not just my dogs, that makes them feel safe and comfortable. I adore dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and ages. I’ve been around sick/special care dogs, puppies and old timers, trained and untrained, and high energy and sleep-all-day dogs. I’ve been through a lot with dogs so I’m prepared to handle pretty much anything!
