Brianna was such a great sitter for our Sophie! We made a last minute booking and she was so quick to provide her assistance. She provided videos and pictures during the whole stay and we were so glad to see Sophie having a great time. Her response time was so prompt and we were so thankful to find a great dog sitter, we will definitely book again!!

I am really not one to write something negative about someone but we had the worst experience with Brianna. PLEASE do not take your dogs to her. We requested her services to watch both of our dogs from 6am-4pm. We told her that we were nervous about someone new watching our dogs so we would want a lot of picture updates just to ease our mind. She agreed to this and said it would not be a problem. 4 hours after we left our babies there we hadn’t heard a word. We called once and text 5 times telling her we were getting worried. Finally at 11am she text and said she had been sleeping and she checked on the boys and they were fine. She slept from 6am-11am so we asked her who was watching her dogs. She wouldn’t respond so I had to send my brother to her house to get our dogs and have him drop them off at my neighbors until we got home from work. I sent her several messages explaining our frustrations and she did not respond, no apology, nothing. We asked for a refund which she also ignored so we had to call Rover and file a complaint. We now have to wait 48 hours for her to refund us, if she doesn’t we have to go through a whole process to get our money back. The person I talked to at Rover said that she would be absolutely furious with Brianna if she did this to her dogs. She did not do anything she said she would, she didn’t take our dogs outside and she didn’t even watch our dogs which caused huge amounts of stress while trying to work. Our boys mean the world to us and we would never intentionally put them in a bad situation but we did with Brianna so we are really trying to prevent this happening to someone else. Please do not use this sitter.
