As a child I grew up with rabbits, turtles, hamsters, cats and one dog. In more recent years I’ve had three cats one who was special needs. I helped raise two senior dogs and in 2020 got my first dog (ACD) who ended up having extreme fear-based reactivity. Over the past few years I’ve spent countless hours learning, reading, discussing dog behavior with trainers and developing the skills to give my dog the best chance at a good life. I have not been around tons of dogs but I have learned tons about dogs through one. Each dog is unique, I will take the time to learn their wants and needs. To many of us they are more than just pets
