I would like to know generally about the dog if it is hyper, mellow or skid dish, but overall I do not have a breed preference!

Here's where we'll take our walks I will take your dog on walks at the beach most likely since it is so close to me. I can walk on the backside of my neighborhood right into cardiff and down the street to go to the coast! Your dog's sleeping arrangement The dog will most likely sleep in the room posted in the picture which is our living room area. My room is just off to the right but it depends if the dog is used to sleeping on a bed or its own bed, etc. Time I'll spend with your dog It depends how much is needed! I can spend an hour walking and another hour playing and hanging our for companionship, or if it an overnighter I have more time to spend with the dog as well!
