Booked for 5 days. For the last 3 days of the booking, every time I came home there was dog pee on my floor that had been sitting there for hours that I then had to clean up. I do not know what was happening, but my instructions were very clear and I had plenty of supplies available and visible. I contacted the sitter and the response was that she didn't see it. I don't understand how this is even possible considering it is very obvious when my dog is peeing (was she not watching him?) and also it took me all of 30 seconds each time I came home to see the dog pee puddle right between his pen and the entrance to my apartment (along with the paw prints because he also walked through his pee and then all over my apartment). Not happy!

We used Brianna for the first time while away for an entire week – she was reliable and friendly, and highly professional in her service delivery! We highly recommend her service! She always kept us updated with pictures and videos which my wife really appreciated.
