Pet care experience
Having 9 years of animal handling experience has made helping pets and their parents rewarding to me that it doesn’t feel like a job. It’s a passion of mine! My previous work, I was a dog hiker for 4 years where I trained dogs to go off leash and enjoy nature without being constrained to a leash if it wasn’t needed. I would take 12 dogs off leash hiking four times a week in upstate New York then I was a veterinary technician in animals hospitals in the ICU and ER in NYC and in CT. My most recent title was zoo keeper at Queens Zoo where I worked with training macaws, lynx and even hogs. I love all animals and have experience in caring for all different types of species. For dog training I use positive reinforcement. I also specialize in obedience and desensitizing. Currently im in online school for my bachelors in criminology and I have a very flexible schedule. I’m CPR certified in dogs and cats as well. I have experience with exotic animal and emergency care for exotic animals. Can’t wait to meet your dog, cat, bird or whatever is your baby!

Brianna is truly great with dogs! Our little pup is still learning basic behavior & commands so she included some training with him while they were playing and walking. She sent lots of pics and updates (which always helps an anxious dog mom like me). She was very polite & fast to respond to all my texts both before & during the booking. I will gladly book her again & would recommend her to others, especially worriers like me ;)
When I think of Brianna, a deep love and care for animals immediately comes to mind. Having had such a variety of pets of her own her entire life, she has learned how to care for not only dogs and cats, but also ferrets, birds, bunnies and many other animals. As a dog owner and lover myself, I understand the passion and responsibility a person needs to have in order to properly care for dogs and I see these qualities reflected in all aspects of Brianna's life. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes. From tea cup Yorkies to akita breeds! Only thing I ask is to be informed of any health issues, food preferences, what treats are okay, what aren't. If the dog doesn't like to be picked up, or pet in certain areas of the body.
A typical day
I love jogging with animals and being the lead of the pack. Training and working with commands is a passion of mine as well. Bringing dogs to parks, going on hikes and swimming would be part of our schedule as long as the owner comfortable with it.
