Experienced, Energetic & Versatile

Pet care experience

I have owned and taken care of dogs for 15 years. I've been around and cared for all kinds of dogs, from small to large, puppies to seniors, docile to aggressive, and even special needs. I'm a big health advocate, and I extend that to dogs as well. I like to get them outside a lot to play as well as take them on long walks and maybe even a run. I am good at reading how an animal is feeling and reacting appropriately. I can also handle some more difficult situations. For instance, I was able to move with my three-legged cat into a house with two German Shepards and get them all acquainted and comfortable around one another within just a few months. Also, I am comfortable with performing health maintenance tasks, like bathing, brushing, nail clipping, tooth brushing, and cleaning ears (as long as your dog doesn't have a tendency to bite during any of those procedures). Lastly, I am available quite a lot as I have a relatively flexible school schedule. If I missed something of importance to you, feel free to ask me!

Brianna is a very responsible sitter. Comes when asked, keeps in touch while we were away, and left our home exactly as we left with a very happy dog.

Brianna was very personable and our dog Lizzie greeted her immediately. She kept in touch during her stay. Would use her again!

Brie is perhaps the greatest dogsitter in the history of human-canine relations. I have two dogs that she has often watched, and it’s a sight to be seen. My dogs are usually well behaved, but when they spend time with Brie the transformation is something to behold. My German Shepherd normally loves laying on the couch and chewing on the ball. When Brie is over? He reads Walton for us. My puppy is a GSD/Great Pyrenees mix - a rambunctious sort. Normally he’ll spend his time begging for attention, or trying to wrestle with his big brother. But whenever he realizes Brie is over, his whole demeanor changes. Last night he played Tchaikovsky - Symphony No. 6 in B minor out of nowhere! Obviously I was shocked - why play such a sad piece? I asked him, “Merlin, what gives? That’s such a sad song.” He replied, “woof.” Few words. But life is short and sometimes, hard. You might be wondering, what could I do to make life just a little better for us all? Well, my suggestion is simple: hire Brie to watch your pups!

Brianna took great care of our dog and home while we were away. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Information Brianna A. would like to know about your pet

It would be helpful to know your dog's usual routine (feeding, potty breaks, walks). I would also like to know if your dog is aggressive or if there are any pet peeves he/she has that I should know about. I know how particular some dogs can be about how they are fed or pet, and I would be more than happy to accommodate.

A typical day

I love taking walks through nearby parks or going for a nice hike in the forest. If your dog is a runner, I will gladly pick up the pace for some of our walk so they can get some energy out. I'm very playful with dogs, I'll run around and play in the yard with them. For playful dogs that like to play fetch, tug-of-war, or just likes to roll around in the grass I will certainly take part. And for those who prefer to lounge around and just get attention and pets, I can certainly do that, too.
