Pet care experience
I have casually helped friends and family with their pets for as long as I can remember. Within the last 10 years I have done a large amount of housesitting in homes with animals of all shapes and sizes, including a variety of livestock. So I am very familiar with the good and the bad with animals of all shapes and sizes! I am used often as a source of dog walks, potty breaks, check-ins, and playtime (and my golden retriever even loves to help when he is allowed). I love every animal, no matter the age, size, or breed and your dog will be no exception!

I live on an 80 acre farm, so there is a lot of room to play! I do have a large, well kept yard, it just isn’t fenced since we live on such a large amount of land. I have one fur baby who is a golden retriever. Since he is an only child, he is so excited at the opportunity to play with a friend and show them around the farm. I live in a single wide, but I keep it well decorated and very clean! There are no limits for dogs in my house. They are allowed on couches and beds as much as they please! When caring for pets outside of my own home, I am typically left very clear directions, which I follow very closely, down to every detail.

A typical day
I love to make both your dog’s bodies and brains tired with fun activities! On the farm there are lots of new smells and sites to explore, there are fields to run in, and there are canals to swim in. There is an abundance of sticks to play with and a huge box of toys to check out. And when it comes to nap time and cuddle time, no furniture is off limits!

Availability
I am currently working full time, so I am available in the mornings and the evenings, and at lunch time. The timing just depends on the day, with my full time work actually being my clinical rotations for school. I apologize in advance if I can’t accept your request and meet your pups, my schedule can just be crazy sometimes! Regardless of my work schedule, my weekends are almost always wide open!
