We booked Briana for 3 days total while I was hospitalized. First day was for daycare in our home and the next day was for an overnight in our home. She did fine for the first day of daycare. On the second day of care which was for an overnight Briana left for the evening to meet up with friends. She didn’t make any arrangements with us to be away from the house or our dog. We called her multiple times once we saw our dog was alone on our doggie camera. She left our dog alone for at least 3 hours when she should have been taking care of our dog. (We only have confirmation she was gone from 7:30pm - 10:30pm) My husband had to leave me at the hospital alone for the night to come home to care for dog. Briana seems like a nice girl but has no understanding what appropriate dog care means.

Briana watched our cat over the holidays and she was excellent. She is a great communicator and always got back to us right away. She took lots of photos of our pet at each check in, which we looked forward to every day. Our little cat was happy and healthy when we returned - we’re very grateful to Briana for her time and attention!
