FOR ALL service requests, please refer to 💫 MISCELLANEOUS section. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ ⭐️DOG BOARDING: * This is overnight care at my home.* -You only need to bring food for your pup; anything else is welcome but not required. - My home, both indoors and outdoors, is entirely dog-friendly, providing a welcoming environment where many dogs make themselves at home quickly. -Dogs remain indoors as leaving them outside poses significant safety risks. It's a matter of prioritizing their safety and well-being. - I have a three-door system, which helps prevent any "door dashers." -While under my care, I might utilize Apple Tags or live trackers for dogs to enhance security and provide peace of mind. - For dogs with Olympic-level jumping skills, my courtyard area features 9-foot walls for secure potty breaks, and I always supervise outdoor time. ⭐️ DOG WALKING: *This is a timed dog walking service.* I prioritize reliability in my dog walking services. When scheduling walks, I ask for at least a 30-minute window for arrival. The longer the window, the better flexibility I have to accommodate your pet into my schedule and to account for any delays that may arise due to my previous animal-related appointments. Your furry friend's safety and happiness are my top priorities, and I strive to provide a personalized and enjoyable experience for each walk. ⭐️HOUSESITTING *This is overnight care at your home. * Every home is unique, and I understand the importance of discussing specific details to ensure the best care for your pet and property. Typically, I conduct meet-and-greet sessions at the owner's home. This allows me to familiarize myself with the environment, meet the pets in their own space, receive any necessary keys, or learn how to access the home when needed. Additionally, I can gain insights into the layout of the land and any other specifics relevant to the home or pet care. Meet-and-greets for housesitting engagements lasting more than three days are complimentary. Feel free to contact me to discuss your housesitting needs further. ⭐️DAYCARE. * This service operates during the day and typically lasts for 8 hours; it is not an overnight service.* -If you require overnight hours, please book this as a boarding service. The price difference is only five dollars, and it ensures that the service is accurately displayed for pet insurance purposes. ⭐️DROP IN VISITS: *This is a timed drop in at your home* Drop-in visits involve me going to clients' houses to check on their animals, which may include tasks like ensuring they have food and water or letting them out for restroom breaks. 💫MISCELLANEOUS INFO: SITTERS ON ROVER: Rover serves as a platform connecting pet owners with independent contractors who offer pet sitting services. Each sitter operates their OWN unique business with individual methods and practices. It's important to reach out to each sitter directly to understand how they conduct their pet services. This means that if you've had experiences with Rover sitters in the past, the outcome may differ if you were to work with a different sitter. As independent contractors, we have the autonomy to manage our businesses according to our own discretion. MEET AND GREETS: Meet and Greets are $30, but half is applied to your sitting fee if you decide to book. I host meet and greets at the Don Haskins Park once a week (7400 High Ridge Dr, El Paso, TX 79912) or at a designated Petsmart. Please inquire about available time slots and locations. It's important to note that meet and greets are not mandatory to book a sitting. Meet-and-greets for housesitting engagements lasting more than three days are complimentary. UPDATES AND PHOTOS: - I provide updates and photos at a client’s request, responding during reasonable hours. This approach ensures that I'm available to provide updates/photos when you need them, as I find that everyone has different needs. -In my view, no news is good news. I WILL promptly inform my client if anything seems amiss. My top priorities include ensuring your pet is eating and drinking normally and is in good spirits. To me, healthy, happy, and content pets are paramount. - If you prefer daily updates, we can schedule a recurring time during the day to eliminate waiting for my responses, allowing you to continue your activities with peace of mind. PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS: - For boarding or daycare services. Please note that pick-up and drop-off are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Be sure to be on time, and if you have specific requests, please let me know in advance. -For all services, I currently do not provide pet pick-up, drop-off, or transportation for any reason. Exceptions are be made in case of emergencies. SPECIALIZED DOMESTIC AND EXOTIC ANIMAL CARE: My services extend beyond cats and dogs to a wide range of domestic animals, including horses, ducks, chickens, rabbits, sheep, and donkeys. I'm also equipped to care for exotic animals, including reptiles, amphibians, birds, insects, arachnids, rodents, and weasels. Please provide relevant information for a specialized service, typically involving a home visit, to receive a quote and confirm my availability. RATES AND EXTRA CHARGES -Rates vary and are discounted based on the number of pets you have. Consider my boarding rate as an example. For one pet, the rate is $45 per 24 hours. For two pets, the rate is $30 per pet per 24 hours. If you have three pets, the rate is $25 per pet per 24 hours. For more than three pets, the rate is $20 per pet per 24 hours. It's worth noting that some sitters maintain the base rate with no discount for additional pets, which means that regardless of the number of pets, the rate remains $45 or $30 per pet per 24 hours (This method of pricing may seemingly seem cheaper at first glance; and may be with just *one* animal). This concept applies across all of my services, including housesitting, walks, daycare, and drop-ins. -On Rover, every sitter sets their pricing based on a 24-hour basis, applicable to both boarding and housesitting services. For instance, if you request my services to start at 8 AM, the sitting technically extends until 8 AM on the final day. Any additional hours beyond this period may incur charges equivalent to 50% or more of a 24-hour rate. Rover automatically adjusts the cost based on the hours needed. -Rates are subject to change based on special needs or requests. For instance*, giant (XL) breeds, requests outside my typical service area or reactive animals may incur additional charges. I consider reactive animals on a case-by-case basis, and I appreciate honesty in disclosing whether your animal is reactive towards humans. It's essential for the safety of everyone involved.
