Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs ever since I was 12, and not just my own. Neighbors, friends, and families have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets! I have worked with dogs of all sizes, ages, and backgrounds. My experience with running a non-profit rescue organization has allowed to work especially with dogs who need some time to come out of their shell and trust someone new. I have successfully trained 20+ fosters dogs, especially puppies, to. follow basic commands and where to go to the bathroom. I am comfortable giving medications to dogs if needed or working with handicapped pets.

Briana was a great host to Gussie. Gus was able to meet a few new human friends and at least one canine friend. She even went to her first college basketball game. Great experience for Gussie and peace of mind for me!
Cada vez que me voy de viaje lo hago de manera tranquila porque sé que dejo a mis perritas en buenas manos. Briana siempre se asegura de que mis mascotas tengan agua y comida siempre que la necesiten, y cada vez que va a casa a visitarlas juega con ellas un buen ratito. Mis perritas son viejitas asà que no son muy juguetonas, pero Briana sabe cómo hacer que ellas jueguen y disfruten de ese ratito que ella está con ellas. 100% recomendada, súper responsable, deja todo recogido, se asegura de que el área de la comida esté limpia y nunca me ha fallado!!!!! Además, me encanta que cada vez que las visita me manda fotos de ellas!

Keeping a pet at home can sometimes be the most comfortable for them, as they have their routine and are accustomed to the environment. With drop-in visits, I will keep them company, walk them, and play with them for a period of time so that they can release some energy and have some company during different periods of time throughout the day. With house sitting, it will be just like if their pawrent is right at home with them! I will always treat your little fur baby as my own! I haver also worked at a vet clinic, therefore, if any pet needs to be taking medication while under my care, I am more than comfortable in administering it.

Let me now if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. My preference is dogs that get along with other dogs without a doubt. This is because I have my own dogs in my home and there is always the possibility to have other client's dogs as well.
A typical day
I love to allow dogs to release all the energy they may have cooped up. Therefore, they will have the best time going on walks, playing fetch, tug a war, or any other way your fur baby may enjoy. We will explore all the green areas around my neighborhood, including the fenced in park, and all of the smells around us. After a long time of energy releasing, we will enjoy some cuddles and nap time.

I am a full-time student and currently on summer vacation. Therefore, taking care of your 4-legged child, fits perfectly into my schedule. I am available for drop-ins 2-3 times a day and house-sitting whenever if needed.
