I love pup cuddles and adventures!
Pet care experience
As a dog mom, I know how important it is to know your pup is safe and happy when you are away. I am more than happy to stay in touch while you are away so you can have peace of mind. I've been dog sitting essentially my entire life and volunteered at a humane society for four years. I have a 9 year old weimaraner-poodle mix (Bella) who goes practically everywhere with me. We love cuddling on the couch and going on fun adventures (camping, mountain biking, snow shoeing, and more)! I work from home so I have high flexibility when it comes to caring for your pup. I do travel a lot and will do my best to keep my calendar up to date.
Reviews
Briana has been fantastic with our pup! He is a very active 7 month old hunting dog that needs a ton of exercise. Briana feels confident and comfortable in letting him run off leash with her dog on the trails and logging roads near our house. Hence, our pup has a companion and someone to chase and run with! Bri is great about letting us know how the exercise went and if there were any issues. She usually includes a photo from the run and always answers our texts very promptly. We are so happy we found her and "Finley" is too!
Briana patiently won over my nervous dog, took good care of her, and was great at communicating with me.
Briana was the perfect sitter for us! She was fantastic with our anxious dog, who definitely has some special requirements. She took her time getting to know him and made sure he was comfortable. By the end of the stay, Moki was completely comfortable with her - she was great about giving him lots of walks and love! Briana was also great with communication, which made being away from our dog so much easier. I highly recommend Briana as an excellent dog sitter!
Bri is a wonderful sitter for our dog. I could go on about her responsibility & care; much of which most reviews will share. Sure, she plays with our pet, feeds and walks on schedule, and displays a secure and joyful atmosphere. But I want to focus on why I really appreciate her care: Anticipation & Preparation. Bri will always ask if T is doing well, any issues, and politely asks us if she can take him on hikes or outside the normal schedule. She knows what to do and where to go in the off case of an emergency. These are the attributes that, for us, separates the usual watcher from a trusted sitter. I can not recommend Bri highly enough.

Information Briana G. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if there are any special considerations about your dog or any required medications. I am comfortable with just about anything as long as you go over details with me. I've volunteered at low cost vet clinics so I have experience administering injections. Unfortunately, my pup has epilepsy so I am also experienced dealing with scary health situations. I'd also like to know about the personality and preferences of your pet. Do they get along with other animals? Do they have any fears/phobias? What are their favorite activities and places?
A typical day
The activities your pup and I will do really depends on what your pup likes to do! We can cuddle and be couch potatoes or we can go hiking (distance depending on the dog). Walks around the neighborhood are always fun as well. If your dog is experienced (or you want them to be trained) I can take them for bike rides, too. If your dog needs socialized or likes friends, I'd be happy to introduce them to my pup. She's been the first friend to many puppies due to her gentle, patient nature. A quick note about me: I work from home for an environmental non-profit. That gives me the flexibility to care for your dog whenever required.
