I had booked Briana a number of times and always had a great experience. I felt that she was less communicative this time and became frustrated when I asked her to stick to the expected time to arrive. I understand that she had a hectic day but she was been paid to take care of my dog and I had expected her to arrive and feed my dog in a timely manner. She said she would arrive in the morning and instead, she did not show up until late in the afternoon. Had I known she was going to be running late I would have fed my dog lunch and not had to worry.

Briana and her family took such great care of our Puppy while we were visiting town for the day and couldn’t have him with us! She was super accommodating and responsive! And took lots of pictures of his stay! Will definitely use her next time we’re in town!
