AKA the Dog Whisperer (really!)
Pet care experience
I know the lengthy lists of caregivers can be overwhelming to comb through; I've been in your shoes and spent hours reading through profiles. So I'll cut to the chase. Here are a few ways I stand out from the pack (pun intended): SPECIAL NEEDS (AND ALL BREEDS) WELCOME. I raised my beloved Min Pin from six weeks old until her death at age 14, so I'm experienced and comfortable caring for both puppies and older dogs. I also helped my Min Pin through some serious medical problems, so I understand the anxiety you may feel leaving a sick or special needs pet with someone new. With specific instructions, I'm more than happy to help with administering medications, wound care, strict feeding schedules, etc. TRAINING REINFORCEMENT. I always ask pet parents about behavioral challenges they may be working through so I can be sure to reinforce their training techniques. I find canine behavior to be fascinating and really enjoy witnessing (and contributing to) behavioral improvements over time. EXPERIENCED. I've spent a lot of time with all kinds of dogs—big and small, young and old, highly trained and never trained. I grew up with them and had my own, as do a majority of my friends and family. I was even a regular volunteer at a pet shelter for a while, working primarily with Pit Bulls. I probably love dogs more than humans, and they can sense that (I wasn't kidding about the Dog Whisperer nickname). Can't wait to meet yours. ––– A NOTE ON RATES. The nightly housesitting rate covers 24 hours of service. For all services, I will significantly reduce the "Additional Dog" fee if the dogs can be walked together at the same time, ideally on a split leash. Finally, please know that I may be able to work with you on rates if pricing is a concern or your needs are very minimal. Just let me know.

Dee was always happy and well cared for - fantastic photos as well
Briana has been nothing short of amazing with our puppy Bowser! He loves her and she has helped us a lot with the potty training process and getting him used to a schedule. She writes such detailed and careful notes, takes the best pictures and is so patient with our puppy's high energy levels and puppy biting. Briana is very flexible and easy to schedule, and we've had the best experience working with her. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and we recommend her 100%!
Dee loves going to Briana's house - seems a bit better behaved for it as well. Briana takes great photos Blocks from the expressway, free parking, nice walk to the El.
Briana has always loved animals and has been an attentive, loving dog mom for all of her adult life. She takes her responsibilities seriously and would do just about anything to help a dog in need. Briana's miniature pinscher, Tatum, has unfortunately had a series of health issues in the past, but when this happened Briana immediately got her the care she needed and did everything possible to get Tatum back to health. Tatum is happy and healthy now, and ready to keep other pups company who come to stay with Briana. I am Briana's sister and can attest to the fact that we have always grown up sharing homes with animals and helping to care for and love them. We always had cats growing up, along with German Shepherds. Your pet will be in good hands with Briana!

Information Briana C. would like to know about your pet
It's for your (and your dog's) benefit as much as mine to ensure a good fit and alignment on care in advance of the first service. Therefore, I require an initial Meet & Greet for all new/prospective clients. Also... I love big dogs! But it's important that I'm able to physically control them should the need arise. Acceptance of service requests for dogs over 75 pounds is dependent on canine obedience and disposition, security and safety of the home/neighborhood environment, and the specific nature of client requests.
